weta contract updates
Over the past three bargaining cycles (2024–25, 2025–26, and 2026-27), your WETA Bargaining Team has negotiated significant improvements and new language in our contract. These wins were the result of member engagement, collective advocacy, and strong coordination between transparent bargaining and organizing.
As our contract continues to grow and evolve, it’s crucial that members understand the language we’ve negotiated and how it applies in practice at our sites.
To support this, we’ve put together a presentation highlighting newly negotiated language and important provisions in the updated contract.
